Winter Training

So now that baseball season is over, it's going to be a long spell until Spring Training rolls around. I'm looking into one of these to help keep me occupied. Wait. What?!? That's way too expensive for a chunk of broken wood.

Fall Fitness

Just as I suspected, I'm quite possibly healthy as a horse! Or at least should be. I'm certainly down with the 16oz power-lifts.
