She:  Did you hear about Barbara Bush?
He:   (after just checking Google News feed)
        Article 42 minutes ago* says that she's sipping Bourbon.
She:  Article 8 minutes ago says that she's dead.
He.   Oh.

Generally, cocktail garnish is easy to find.  But at the Sourdough Saloon, the "Sourtoe Cocktail" is a little different.  It's not everyday that the establishment gets some additional backup stock.
