Land of Sky Blue Waters

This is something that's near and dear, and a childhood memory of driving through San Francisco and seeing this glorious sign in action.  The black-and-white pictures don't do it justice, so I added one of the few color ones that I could find.

The SF Chronicle's Peter Hartlaub brought it to Ted's attention, and Ted brought it to mine.
